I’ve been so busy working and doing everything else in between that I forgot how much being away from the computer feels so good! While I love graphic design and working for Jesus, man I just love a good family vacation! My parents came to visit for a week, and while I had to work for half of their stay we got to drive down to L.A and spend memorial day weekend there. I got to see the ocean for the first time in months and forgot what 67 degrees felt like. We ate some freaking good good cuban food at this busy burbank bakery called Portos, went to Universal Studios, and spent some time down by the water.
Being around my parents keeps life interesting and I love them to death, not because they spoil me but because I can be myself around them and let loose! We’ve been through so much and they’re just irreplaceable.
Some stationary designed for Pike Street Press. Playing off some old drawings and a little Seattle weather, these little guys came to life in a weekend of some California vacation inspiration.
